About Us
West Bridgfordians Cricket Club are based in the very heart of West Bridgford, Nottingham.
Established in 1929 the club currently run 6 weekend league XIs in the Nottinghamshire Premier League, South Nottinghamshire Cricket League, and Sunday Development League.
For 2025 our 1st XI will play in the Nottinghamshire Premier League Division 2, with our 2nd XI in Division B of the SNCL, the 3s in Division E, the 4s in Division J and the 5s in Division N. We also have a 6th XI playing in the Sunday development division of the SNCL. We have a playing standard for everyone!
Our 1st and 2nd XI home games are played at our home ground on Stamford Road, West Bridgford and our 3rd and 4th XIs play at Adbolton Lane, Holme Pierrepont. The 5th XI are based at Farnborough Road, Clifton

The club also run Women’s senior hardball and softball sides as well as junior age group cricket at every level from All Stars and Kwik cricket to Hardball cricket, from U10s to U15s for Boys and Girls.
During practice sessions juniors learn the skills of cricket in a safe environment and hopefully represent the Club in league and cup fixtures.
The Club has over 25 ECB qualified coaches, who are trained and DBS screened for their suitability to work with young people.
The club has also achieved ECB Clubmark accreditation. ECB Clubmark is the ECB’s club accreditation scheme for cricket clubs with junior sections.
Achieving ECB Clubmark accreditation is an acknowledgement that we are striving to provide a high quality and welcoming environment for young participants in cricket.
Junior training night is on Friday evenings from April to July and as well as giving the youngsters the chance to hone their cricketing skills it has also become a great social scene where parents can mix, chat and have a relaxing drink while watching their children have a great time.
